One photography posing technique for someone you don't know is to be sure to ask them if it wouldn't bother them and if they give you permission then it will be a great opportunity for you to get some excellent pictures of them without the need for any special requests later. But sometimes there just isn't enough time. You see a great shot opportunity and you just have to take it and then try to get permission to use it later. When this happens, you need to make try your very best to contact everyone that shows up in the shots, if at all possible. If a person comes upon one of the pictures you have taken of them and demands that you get rid of it, make sure and do so without any hesitation, to lessen the chance of legal action taking place.
