Photography Posing - Some Facts:
For example:
Imagine this, you contact your clients 'Mr and Mrs Smith and Family' to discuss their portraiture session. You first quietly say "It may be better if you all wear white tee shirts". Mrs Smith, doesn't respond, she has her own firm ideas about what she will wear. You then proceed to change the subject and gloss over the topic hoping she has heard you...you smile and say nothing more.
Next thing you know is the day has arrived and they turn up in the most ghastly outfits imaginable, none of which compliment the other!
Remember, clients know ONLY their OWN preferences for clothing style. WE must teach them our known preference, what we know from experience will give a classic image. In the above example, Mrs Smith was more assertive than you were, and as a result spoiled not only her own family portrait but your chances of higher sales too!
You need to convince the Mrs Smiths of the world that you know from experience what will give the best results. This is a new guide out that goes into this much deeper.

Photography Posing - Digital Camera
Many similarities exist between the two types of camera because lenses are still required to capture light just the same as a film version. Using an electronic system, a lower specification digital camera does away with film although it is still capturing the light as with a traditional camera. Up market versions us a different system again with a charged couple device, or CCD, being the capture system which transfers the light into an electrical signal. The less expensive capture system called CMOS is generally in lower end cameras and probably won't replace the more expensive CCD although it does an admirable job.
CCD's are much more costly to produce than the CMOS devices, but by using the latter it has brought the cost of many models down considerably. The digital camera converts the light it receives like millions of minute solar cells and both the CCD and CMOS end up storing an image but just using a different method to do it. There is no need to feel confused by the range and functions these cameras have if you are armed with a few basic facts which are provided in this article. Image quality is the all important factor and the higher the resolution the more you will be able to enlarge your picture, you may find a model that is being superseded shortly - available at a discount.
Unless your budget just won't stretch that far, don't buy a digital camera with only a digital zoom or you will find pictures that aren't very clear when you print them, portrait shots that require 'framing' are so much easier with a an zoom facility. Although it shouldn't be a problem, opt for rechargeable batteries as they can always come in handy and you don't waste as much money on the disposable ones. Many people are just happy to point and shoot but if you want to do a little more then try to buy one with more functions, below are just a few examples:
Video captureWeb cam function
Image editing
With large megapixel models, image storage is another issue to look out for and a storage card will be necessary. Think 1GB as a bare minimum with today's high resolution models so if you're a photo junkie you can takes pictures of just about anything.
If you are going to be taking your camera everywhere, choose a handy and portable model. Why carry around something that is going to make you neck ache when it is not necessary, These are just the basic things you have to look for in a camera when you buy one. With their range of features and ease of use, digital cameras are the future of still image photography.

Wedding Photography Posing
If some of the guests are wearing glasses, they can be asked to stand with their heads a little down or sideways to avoid the glare effect from spectacles that normally appears when a flash is used. If there's a couple or a group that you wish to include in the picture, you should use the zoom function in to get the ideal image but do not shoot against the light so that dark images appear.
A zoom lens will often enable you to take pictures that would not otherwise be possible as people are not so conscious of their photo being taken. As you can't keep asking people to pose for you, always have the camera ready to take natural shots
that people don't actually pose for.
If using a digital camera it should be equipped with enough memory to ensure that no great moment is missed, in other words, make sure have an extra memory card available especially if you want to preserve as many moments as possible. For any camera with 6 mega pixels or above, you will require at least one gigabyte, preferably two gigabytes of storage space on your card if you intend to use high resolution.
High resolution images are usually clearer and have greater color depth but it also means they can be printed out at larger sizes. This is achieved by saving the images to your computer where you can print them out at your leisure on special photographic paper.

Digital Photography Posing
Digital photography has changed the way photography is viewed and the edge that many professionals had has closed a little. For digital photography enthusiasts there has never been a better time for them to create work that looks professional as well as very creative. It has also had an impact on businesses, both in the real and virtual world of the internet.
One particular area that has benefited from this new technology is digital fashion photography and in an industry that relies on speed, this has been a huge benefit. For digital photographers, it is a more challenging field to work on and the ultimate purpose of digital fashion photography is to capture every detail on the ramp.
It can focus on the figures of the stunning women, in their most fancy, magnificent and often extreme fashion outfits. Fashion trends come and go and then reappear but for digital fashion photographers can keep up and be ahead with this revolutionary technology. This type of photography is for the pinnacle of photographic work and envied by many others who would like to be part of it.
Before you start your digital fashion photography career there are many points you need to consider. The number one rule of a professional photographer in any field is never to go anywhere without a camera, if you cannot keep this in mind you will fail before you begin.
Whilst there is always something to be said for spontaneity, with truly creative pictures, they have been thought about carefully to ensure the exact image required is captured. As the photographer, you are in charge of how the images are going to ultimately look so how you achieve those results will depend on what different techniques you employ. A good and popular image may encourage others to follow along the same lines when they understand how it was created.
Having the right equipment and knowing exactly how to use it and what effects can be achieved are important but a digital fashion photographer also needs to be creative and visionary. curtains and reflectors to give balanced lighting and composition. Whenever possible, avoid very bright lights or if this cannot be helped, use polarizing filters and make use of backdrop materials to give emphasis on tint and color.
Special filters can produce wonderful effects as can other types of diffusers which can neutralize colors. For the uninitiated there work may seem quite mysterious until they publish it, a bit like an artist only working on one section of a canvas, you won't know how it is going to look until it is finished. A final word of advice is, a good digital fashion photographer will make sure that there is a connection between the subject or subjects of the image even if it is obscure and is not noticed immediately.
