In photography posing of a new bride who happens to be pregnant, if
she want you to minimize her pregnancy you should focus the attention
on her expressions and the wedding itself by using mostly high angle
photography. just a foot or two above the posing bride, with a medium
portrait lens 24-70, which will compensates for a good part of the her
belly.
